Please follow the rules closely. They are changing frequently.
COVID Requirements:
To attend WWWCS 2021:
1) Vaccine proof (date of complete injection should be 2 weeks before the event or 25th November 2021) or
2) An official Negative COVID test (within 48 hours) proof will be required.
Entering Norway from abroad:

In general, all people need to complete entry registration. Children under the age of 16 and selected groups are exempt from this requirement.

On Dec 2nd, the government has introduced new rules in regards to the Omnikron virus variant and we have implemented the following measures to keep our event safe:

If for any COVID-related reason the event needs to cancel, we will make 100% refund for the passes.

MEASURES TAKEN AT WW
On Dec 2nd, the government has introduced new rules in regards to the Omnikron virus variant and we have implemented the following measures to keep our event safe:
- Please remember, you must have a corona pass otherwise an official corona test, as close to the event as possible ( no more than 48 hours), will be needed.
- In addition to the above, we ask you that you take a corona test the morning before the event regardless.
- If your are showing any symptoms, stay home.
- Please plan to wear a mask for all group activities. Multiple masks may be necessary as changing masks between events may be required. Failure to wear a mask during all JJ may result in being removed from the contest.
- There will be sanitising stations throughout the ballroom and we will require everyone to sanitise their hands when entering and exiting the function areas.
- We ask that you bring your own water bottles.
- We plan to have the ballroom cooler than normal because of increased ventilation, so please plan accordingly.
- Please send us an email if for any reason you can´t attend the event.
